Verification of Methodology on the Microbial Limit Test for Six Traditional Chinese Medicines

目的:建立六种中药微生物限度检查方法。方法:采用常规法、培养基稀释法、离心集菌法、离心集菌培养基稀释法对六种中药进行方法验证。结果:复方川见精片用常规法,复方丹参片用培养基稀释法,复方黄连素片和复方仙鹤草肠炎胶囊用离心集菌法,复方鱼腥草片和维C银翘片用离心集菌加培养基稀释法进行微生物限度的细菌检查。结论:确立了六种中药微生物限度检查方法。保证微生物限度检查方法的有效性。

Objective：To provide methods of microbial limit tests for Six Traditional Chinese medicine. Method： Routine method and medium diluting method and centrifuging and centrifuging medium diluting method were for the verification of methodology on Six Traditional Chinese medicine. Results： Show on the routine method was available for Fufang Chuanbeijing Ganmao Tablets; medium diluting method was available for Fufang Danshen Tablets and centrifuging method was available for Fufang Huangliansu Tablets and Fufang Xianhecaochangyan Capsules; centrifuging medium diluting method were for Fufang Yuxingcao Tablets and Wei C Yinqiao Tablets. Conclusions： Microbial limit tests Six Traditional Chinese medicine were established , and meanwhile the Verification of Methodology on the Microbial Limit Test for Six Traditional Chinese medicine are assured.
