Optimization and innovation of Chinese medical education pattern based on the undergraduate medical education criteria

从本科医学教育国际和国内两个标准,探讨人才培养模式创新。介绍本科医学教育国际标准和国家标准的制订及其内容、目标,分析我国医学本科人才培养模式的研究和改革现状,分别从PBL教学法应用与推广、模拟教学采用与推进、医学人文精神培养、学业成绩评价方法等几个切入点,深入探讨优化和创新我国医学人才培养模式。

In view of undergraduate medical education, this article introduced the formulation, content, target of international and national criteria on undergraduate medical education and analyzed the research and reform of undergraduate education pattern in China. Based on PBL teaching model, simulated teaching trial, medical humanism and students＇ performance assessment, the optimization and innovation of Chinese medical education pattern were discussed.
