Focusing on the quality guarantec, we have explored the organization and management for the graduation practice of biotechnology in the medical university： regulating the management from the sound system and improving the institution, strengthening the pre-practice training and process guide, reviewing the papers strictly, and putting emphasis on the collection and management of archives. By these means, we have achieved a remarkable success in the promotion of personnel training.
