吻合血管的腓骨移植配合口服中药治疗先天性胫骨假关节

Vascularized Fibular Graft with Oral Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Congenital Pseudarthrosis of the Tibia

目的:探讨吻合血管的腓骨瓣游离移植配合中药治疗先天性胫骨假关节的临床疗效。方法:自1990年5月以来,共收治先天性胫骨假关节患者26例,全部采用吻合血管的腓骨瓣游离移植配合中药治疗。结果:经6个月～7年的随访,23例均是经过1次手术实现了假关节骨性愈合,平均愈合时间为3.5个月,均恢复下肢行走和负重的功能。2例再次发生骨折,经再次植骨后,1例获得愈合,1例随访2年未愈。结论:吻合血管的腓骨瓣游离移植配合中药是治疗先天性胫骨假关节有效方法。

Objective：To investigate the vascularized fibula flap graft with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia of the clinical efficacy.Methods：Since May 1990, a total of congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia treated 26 eases were treated with free vascularized fibula flap graft combined with Chinese medicine,Results：After 6 months to 7 years of follow-up,23 cases were cured after a first operation, with an average healing time was 3.5 rnonths,23 cases were to resume walking and weight-bearing lower limb function. 2 cases were fractured again, after bone grafting once again ,1 patient was healed,and 1 case was followed up for 2 years un-cured. Conclusion：Free vascularized fibula flap graft with traditional Chinese medicine is an effective treatment of congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia.
