Spinal-epidural Block Anesthesia and Nerve Complications

目的:分析腰-硬联合阻滞麻醉术后发生脊神经感觉异常及其原因。方法:对2005年11月～2009年10月施行腰-硬联合阻滞麻醉术后出现脊神经感觉异常病例进行回顾性分析。结果:52例患者均于术后第2天随访诉局部感觉异常,其中大腿外侧区股外侧皮神经(L_(2-3)分支)支配区域麻木37例,会阴区麻木10例,L_4～S_1支配区域麻木5例;其中1例痛觉过敏。所有患者均无尿潴留、大小便失禁、肌力下降等其它不适。结论:腰-硬联合阻滞麻醉术可引发神经并发症,应引起麻醉师足够重视。

Objective：To analyze spinal nerve paresthesia happened after the spinal-epidural anesthesia and its causes.Methods：Cases of spinal nerve paresthesia occured after spinal-epidural anesthesia flora November,2005 to October,2009 have been analyzed retrospectively. Results：All of the 52 patients felt partial sensory abnormalities,when they were taken follow-up visit at the second day after operations;among them,37 patients felt the dominated regional of lateral femoral cutaneous nerve（L2-3 branch） in lateral thigh nmnbness;10 patients perineal region numbness,5 patients L4-S1 control Regional numbness and 1 patient hyperalgesia.All of them had no urine retention,incontinence, decreased muscle strength and other discomfort.Concluslun：The spinal-cpidural block anesthesia can lead to neurological complications,which should arouse anesthetists＇ enough attention.
