摘要
目的:评估全胃切除术后早期肠内营养与肠外营养的疗效。方法:对2005年1月~2009年10月我院86例胃切除术的患者,术后分为早期肠内营养组(EN组)与肠外营养组(PN组)。术后第1天开始给予肠内、肠外营养支持10~12天。监测WT、TP、A1b等营养指标,术后肠道功能恢复时间和平均住院时间。结果:两组术后营养指标和感染发生率差异无统计学意义。EN组术后肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间均短于PN组,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:全胃切除术后EN安全有效,并有利于患者肠道功能恢复。缩短住院时间。
Objective:Assessment of total gastrectomy early postoperative enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition effect.Methods: Pairs from January 2005 to October 2009 in our hospital 86 cases of gastreetomy patients were divided into early postoperative enteral nutrition group(EN group)and parenteral nutrition group(PN group). 1 day postoperative enteral and parenteral nutrition support 10-12d.Monitoring of WT. TP. Atb and other nutritional indices,postoperative intestinal function recovery time and average hospital stay.Results:Two groups of postoperative nutritional indicators and the incidence of infection was no significant difference,EN postoperative intestinal function recovery time and hospital stay were shorter in the PN group.the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion;After total gastrectomy EN safe and effective.and beneficial to patients with intestinal functional recovery, shorter hospital stay.
