残胃癌临床诊治探讨

The Research for Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Gastric Stump Cancer

目的:总结残胃癌的临床诊治体会。方法:回顾性分析39例残胃癌的临床资料,其中4例行剖腹探查术,10例行姑息性手术,25例根治性残胃切除。结果:本组39例均经手术治疗后痊愈出院。4例行剖腹探查术者术后2～10个月内死亡,平均存活时间为5.5个月;行姑息性切除10例存活时间6～26个月,平均生存期为15个月;根治性切除25例1、3、5年生存率分别为84.0%、56.0%、40.0%。结论:早期诊断及根治性外科手术治疗是决定残胃癌预后的关键。

Objective：To summarize the experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastric stump cancer.MethodszThe clinical data of 39 cases of gastric stump cancer were retrospectively analyzed,including 4 cases of perirenal abscess palliative surgery,10 cases of palliative surgery,25 cases of radical resection of the residual stomach.Results：39 cases in this group all were cured and discharged after surgery.4 cases of perirenal abscess palliative surgery postoperatively died during 2-10 months.mean survival time was 5.5 months,survival time of 10 cases of palliative surgery was 6-26 months.mean survival time was 15 months.The survival rate of 1,3,5 years for 25 cases of radical excision were respectively 84.0%.56.0%,40.0%.Conclusion：Early diagnosis and radical surgical treatment is the key of gastric stump cancer prognosis.
