摘要
目的:探讨维生素A(VitA)在慢性咳嗽中的应用。方法:86例慢性咳嗽患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组。治疗组在病因治疗、对症治疗等基础上加服VitA10 000U/日。比较两组的疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组在显效率和有效率方面比较,P<0.005,两组有统计学差异。结论:VitA辅助治疗儿童慢性咳嗽有效,应用过程中未见毒副作用,可作为儿童咳嗽的辅助治疗药物。
Objective：To probe the effect of VitA,used in treating chronic cough.Methods：86 patients with chronic cough were randomly divided into treatment group and observation group.In addition to treatment for the causes of disease and Symptomatic treatment,used VitA t0 000U/d.Results：There was significant difference between the treatment group and observation group（P〈0.005）.Conelnsion：VitA is effective in treating chronic cough.no side effects in the application process,can be used adjuvant therapy for children with cough.
