萘普生和阿替卡因在下颌水平阻生牙拔除术中的应用体会

To Observe the Effect of the Naproxen and the Articaine in Extraction of Mandibular Horizontal Impacted Teeth

目的:探讨减少拔除下颌水平阻生牙时间和有效预防拔牙术后并发症的方法。方法:将90例下颌水平阻生牙患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组45例。实验组患者在拔牙前半小时口服萘普生缓释胶囊0.5 g,同时在所拔牙的周围软组织局部注射阿替卡因(碧蓝麻)1.7ml,对照组患者按常规拔牙,不作特殊处理。两组患者均在拔牙时间和拔牙术后24 h、1周按肿胀、疼痛、张口受限以及颞下颌关节紊乱的程度来判断疗效。结果:实验组的拔牙时间明显少于对照组,其差别有统计学意义(P<0.01),术后24h、1周实验组患者的并发症明显少于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:拔牙前在患者所拔牙的周围软组织局部注射碧蓝麻和口服萘普生能减少阻生牙拔牙时间和有效减轻拔牙术后的并发症。

Objective：To investigate the ways to reduce the time of extraction of mandibular horizontal impacted teeth and to prevent the complications after operation.Methods：90 patients with mandibular impacted teeth were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,45 cases in each group.30 minutes before operation,the patients in experimental group had 0.5g of naproxen,while injecting 1.7rot articaine into the soft tissue.The patients in the control group had no the special treatrments.The effects of the two groups were judged by the tissue swelling, pain, limitation of mouth opening and disorders of temporomandibular joint in operation and 24h. lweek after operation. Results：The time of operation in the experimental group was less than that in the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.01）.24h and 1 week after operation,the complications in the experimental group were less than that in the control group.There were differences between the two groupstP〈0.05/.Conelusion：The time and the complications of the extraction of teeth could be reduced by having the naproxen and injecting the articaine into the soft tissue before the operation.
