两种工艺制备的中药提取液抗偏头痛作用的实验研究

Experimental Study of Anti-migraine Effect on Traditional Chinese Medicine Extract Prepared by Two Processes

目的:通过实验考察复方川芎方的两种提取液对实验性偏头痛的药理作用,为制剂提取方法的研究提供依据。方法:分别制备硝酸甘油与利血平化低5-HT两种小鼠偏头痛模型,考察复方川芎方的乙醇渗漉液与水提液的药理作用。结果:两种工艺制备的提取液对硝酸甘油致偏头痛模型均有显著镇痛作用;对于利血平致小鼠偏头痛模型中的凝血时间也均有显著延长作用,但对于痛阈和5-HT荧光吸收值这两个指标均无显著作用。结论:两种工艺制备的提取液对小鼠偏头痛模型均有一定的药理作用,两者之间无显著性差异。

Objective：To provide the basis for the study of extraction method of preparation,observing two kinds of compound Chuanxiong fang extract on experimental pharmacological effects of migraine.Methods：Subcutaneous injection of nitroglycerin and reserpine were prepared for two kinds of mouse model of migraine, observing the pharmacological effects of compound Chuanxiong fang of ethanol percolation liquid and water extract.Results：The analgesic effect of two kinds of extract liquid on nitroglycerin-induced migraine model were significant;for the reserpine-induced mouse model of migraine,one of the indicators that clotting time role was significantly prolonged,while for the pain threshold and 5-HT fluorescence absorbance of these two indicators did not have significant effect.Conclusion：Extract prepared by two methods on mouse model of migraine had a certain pharmacological effects,but there was no significant difference between them.
