我院门诊处方规范性评价

Outpatient Prescription Evaluation Normatively in Our Hospital

目的:通过对处方规范性评价与分析,为临床一线提供真实资料,提高处方书写及用药合理性。方法:利用我院处方评价系统抽取2009年1～9月的门诊处方,依据新的《处方管理办法》和临床药理学知识对处方的书写规范、合理用药等方面进行评价。结果:前三个季度不合格处方达2 763张,不合格率达1.04%。结论:我院门诊处方规范性逐步提高,但仍存在不合理现象,需要进一步加强《处方管理办法》的学习,医师和药师共同努力加以改进。

Objective：By evaluating prescription normatively and analysis for front-line clinical to provide the true information and improve the rationality of prescription writing and drug use.Methods：Use the prescription evaluation system in our hospital to take the outpatient prescriptions in the first 9 months in 2009.according to the new ＂prescription management methods＂ and clinical pharmacology knowledge to evaluate the prescription writing standards, rational use of drugs and so on.Results：There are 2 763 irrational prescriptions in first 9 months and failure rate of the prescriptions were 1.04%.Conelusion：Normative prescriptions in our hospital outpatient increase gradually, however.there are still irrational behaviorr,which remains to further strengthen the prescription management approach＇learning and physicians and pharmacists work together to improve it.
