目的:观察粘贴一件式造口袋在老年下消化道出血患者的便血标本收集、便血量记录中的效果及其对肛周皮肤的保护作用。方法:应用粘贴一件式造口袋于老年下消化道出血患者肛周,进行血便收集。结果:造口袋有效收集血便,精确记录失血量,为临床补充血容量提供依据。同时控制恶臭味,避免血便对皮肤的刺激,预防皮炎的发生;操作简单,减轻护理工作量,并可缩短肛周皮肤护理时间;可减轻病人及家属的恐惧感。结论:对老年下消化道出血患者应用一件式造口袋可准确计算出血量,同时利于对肛周皮肤进行保护和护理,值得临床推广应用。
