摘要
目的:观察社区护理干预应用于老年糖尿病患者的效果。方法:174例社区老年糖尿病患者,按照出院顺序随机平均分为实验组和对照组。对照组不给予任何护理干预,实验组给予健康教育,用药指导,生活和饮食护理,心理护理等多方面护理干预措施。对比并分析护理效果。结果:经过针对性的社区护理,除LDL-C外,实验组患者各项指标均显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:对老年糖尿病患者施行社区护理干预能有效控制体重,稳定病情,减少并发症的发生,对提高患者生活质量和降低其经济负担有积极意义。
Objective：To observe the community mrsing intervention applied in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods： According to the discharge sequence from hospital ,174 cruse; of elderly patients with diabetes mellims hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group on average .Control group didn＇t given any nursing intervention,experimental group were given multiple nursing such as the health education,rnedicne guidarice ,psycbological care,diet nursing and other intervention measures.nursing effect were compared and analyzed.Results：After a specific torero＇unity nursing intervention,each index of patients in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group except LDL-C（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Executing community nursing intervention to elderly patients with diabetes mettitus can effectively control blood sugar and weight,steady state of illness,and reduce complicating disease,so it has a positive significance in improving life quality and reducing cconomic burden.
