应用生物型可吸收性DuraGen^(TM)预防颅底外科术后脑脊液漏

Application of bioartificial resorbable DuraGen^(TM) to prevent cerebrospinal fluid leakage after skull base surgery

目的探讨免缝合生物型可吸收性Dura Gen^(TM)在预防颅底外科术后脑脊液漏的应用价值。方法回顾性分析58例硬膜缝合困难颅底手术中,使用Dura Gen^(TM)修补硬膜预防脑脊液漏的效果。结果所有病例术后均未出现脑脊液漏,也未出现术后颅内、切口感染。结论使用Dura gen^(TM)修补硬膜为预防颅底外科术后脑脊液漏发生提供了一个简单而有效的方法。

Objective To explore the value of application of bioartificial DuraGenTM in preventing cerebrospinal fluid leakage after skull base surgery. Method The outcomes of 58 patients underwent skull base surgery with application of DuraGenTM for difficult dural closure were analyzed. Result No postoperative cerebrospinal fluid leakage and no infection occurred in all patients. Conclusion Theusing of DuraGenTM provides a simple and effective way for the prevention of CSF leakage after skull base surgery.
