荆芥药材中薄荷酮与胡薄荷酮含量测定方法研究

Study on determination method of menthone and pulegone in Herba Schizonepetae

目的:建立同时测定荆芥药材中薄荷酮与胡薄荷酮的含量的方法。方法:采用超声溶剂提取法对样品进行提取后,用HP-5气相色谱柱(以5%苯基甲基硅氧烷为固定液,30m×0.32mm×0.25μm)在气相色谱仪(配FID检测器)中进行测定。结果:薄荷酮在0.002-5.0g/L(r=0.9999)范围,胡薄荷酮在0.002-5.0g/L(r=0.9996)范围,线性良好。薄荷酮与胡薄荷酮的回收率分别为96.3%-103.9%和95.7%-102.5%。结论:所建立的方法准确、简便,可同时测定荆芥药材中的薄荷酮与胡薄荷酮的含量。

Objective： To establish a method for determination of methone and pulegone in Herba Schizonepetae. Methods： The contents of menthone and pulegone were determined by GC （equipped with FID） with HP-5 fused capillary column （5% phenyl methyl siloxane 30m×0.32mm×0.25μm） after the samples were extracted by the solvents. Results： The linear ranges were 0.002-5.0g/L （r=0.9999） for menthone and 0.002-5.0g/L （r=0.9996） for pulegone, the recoveries of menthone and pulygone were 96.30%-103.9% and 95.7%-102.5%, respectively. Conclusion： The method was simple and accurate, which could be applied to the determination of menthone and pulegone in Herba Schizonepetae.
