摘要
本文研究了湿法制备氟化钐的两种工艺过程——传统工艺和碳酸氢铵转型新工艺。分析比较了两种工艺的HF用量、反应温度和稀土浓度对稀土收率和沉淀速率的影响,初步探讨了其沉淀机理。用X射线衍射、差热—热重及透射电镜分析方法对两种方法制备的氟化钐产品进行了组成、形貌和粒径等测定。
Two technological process of samarium fluoride prepared by wet methods-one is a traditional technique and another is a new method of ammonium bicarbonate conversion. We analyze and compare the effects of reaction temperature, HF and rare earth concentration on the yield of rare earth and precipitation in two technological process. The preliminary mechanism of the precipitation is discussed. The component, appearance and grain size of the product prepared by using these two methods are determined by TEM,XRD,DTA and TG.
