抽油机井的安全优化运行的基础是安全的优化设计，主要是电机、抽油杆和泵的合理组合匹配，使举升能力和油层供液能力相适应。为此要进行油层生产状况分析；深井泵工作状况分析；抽油设备工作状况分析。为达到抽油机井安全优化运行，还必须做好数据采集、分析判断、措施执行３方面工作。

Abstract The base of operation with safe & optimal for pumping well is the safe optimal design including mainly the reasonable combination and match of motor、pumping rod and pump so that lifting capacity is suitable for the fluid supply ability of oil reservoir. Therefore the analysis of oil reservoir production and deep well pump work and pumping equipment work will be made. Data acquisition、analysis & judgement and measure implementation etc. must be done better in order to reach the operation with safe & optimal for well pumping unit.
