独一味滴丸抗炎镇痛作用研究

The effect of Duyiwei dropping pills in anti-inflammatory and analgesia

目的观察独一味滴丸抗炎、镇痛作用。方法采用二甲苯小鼠耳肿胀模型、大鼠棉球肉芽肿模型研究独一味滴丸的抗炎作用;采用小鼠热板法、扭体法、甲醛致痛法、大鼠尾电刺激法、大鼠尾尖部压痛法观察独一味滴丸的镇痛作用。结果独一味滴丸对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿等急慢性炎症模型均有明显抑制作用;对热刺激、化学刺激、电刺激、机械刺激所诱发的动物疼痛均有抑制作用。结论独一味滴丸具有显著的抗炎镇痛作用。

Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic actions of Duyiwei dropping pills.Methods Using the mice ears xylene-induced swelling model and rat granuloma model to study the anti-inflammatory effect of Duyiwei dropping pills;using hot-plate test,writhing,formaldehyde-induced pain method in mouse,electrical stimulation in rat tail and Department of tenderness to observe the analgesic effect of Duyiwei dropping pills.Results The Duyiwei dropping pills significantly inhibited the xylene-induced ear swelling,granuloma in rat and other models of acute and chronic inflammation,and inhibited the animal pain induced by the thermal stimulation,chemical stimulation,electrical stimulation and mechanical stimulation.Conclusion The Duyiwei dropping pills have obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic function.
