首乌生发颗粒中挥发油的包合工艺研究

Study on Inclusion Technology for Compound Oil from Shou wu sheng fa Granules

目的探讨β-CD包合首乌生发颗粒中挥发油的最佳工艺。方法以包合率及包合物得率为考察指标,正交试验设计工艺。结果优选工艺为β-CD:挥发油为4g:1ml,30℃搅拌2h。结论此工艺稳定、可行,适合大生产。

Objective To study the best one ofβ-cyelodextrin including Compound oil from Shou wu sheng fa Granules.Methods The experiments were designed with orthogonal experiment,using the yield and inclusion rate of Compound oil.Results The optimum ethanol extracting process conditions were as follows：β-CD and ultilization oil was 4 g：1,inclusing time up to two hours with 30℃ temperature.Conclusion This process was stable and viable,and can be applied to large-scale production.
