毫针刺、斜扳法配合理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症288例临床观察分析

目的观察毫针刺、斜扳法配合理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法将符合诊断标准的288例(其中轻症156例,中重症132例)腰椎间盘突出症患者予以毫针刺、斜扳法配合理疗治疗。结果156例轻症腰椎间盘突出症患者治愈149例,治愈率达95.51%;132例中、重症患者中症状明显缓解120例,缓解率达90.91%,可使大部分中、重症患者减轻痛苦,免受手术治疗带来的风险。结论毫针刺、斜扳法配合理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效优异。

Objective To observe the milli acupuncture,physical therapy oblique pull method with the clinical effect of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 288 patients meet the diagnostic criteria（of which 156 cases of mild,severe in 132 cases）in patients with lumbar disc herniation to be coin acupuncture,physiotherapy treatment with oblique pull method.Results 156 cases of lumbar disc herniation in patients with mild cure 149,cure rate of 95.51%;132 cases,with severe symptoms in patients with 120 cases of mitigation,remission rate reached 90.91%,enabled the majority in critically ill patients to alleviate suffering,against the risks of surgery.Conclusion Milli acupuncture,oblique pulling with physiotherapy treatment of lumbar disc herniation has clinical excellence.
