罗格列酮联合二甲双胍治疗新发2型糖尿病临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察胰岛素增敏剂罗格列酮治疗初发2型糖尿病(T2DM)临床疗效。方法本研究观察了2006年2月至2008年12月60例新诊断T2DM患者,随机分为2组:治疗组30例;给予马来酸罗格列酮和二甲双胍联合治疗,服用马来酸罗格列酮4mg/次,1次/d;二甲双胍0.5g/次,2次/d;对照组30例;服用二甲双胍0.5/次,3次/d.治疗半年,对二组患者均进行饮食干预和运动疗法。结果治疗组明显降低新发T2DM的FPG、PPG、HbA1C(P<0.05),而对照组则无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论罗格列酮可减轻2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗作用。
