脑心综合征是指急性脑血管病及急性颅脑损伤在急性期引起的继发性心脏损害,表现为心脏功能紊乱及心电活动改变,导致病情加重,处理上变得更为复杂,甚至出现矛盾,严重者影响患者预后。文章就脑心综合征发病机制、临床特点及防治等研究进展作一综述。

Cerebrocardiac syndrome refers to the secondary cardiac damage in the acute cerebrovascular accident and acute cranial nerve injuries,manifested as cardiac dysfunction and cardiac changes in electrical activity.It is often exacerbations in patients,lead to more complex and contradictory in treatment,even affect the prognosis in severe cases.This article revews the progress of cerebrocardiac syndrome in its pathogenisis,clinical manifestation and its prevention and cure.
