肿节风抗肿瘤相关作用及机制研究

Research related to the effectiveness of anti-tumor effect of Herba Sarcandrae

目的探讨肿节风抗肿瘤相关作用及机制。方法通过查阅中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据库和维普数据库汇总1994～2009年间的相关文献,总结归纳肿节风抗肿瘤作用及机制;升血小板、白细胞,增强免疫的作用。结果肿节风抗肿瘤作用显著,其机制与诱导细胞凋亡有关;肿节风可升高血小板、白细胞,增强免疫。与放化疗药联用时提高放化疗药的抑瘤率,降低其对血液、免疫系统的毒副反应。结论肿节风抑瘤谱广,不良反应低,在临床上正被广泛使用,有很好的应用前景。

Objective To discuss about the related effectiveness and mechanism of anti-tumor effect of Herba Sarcandrae.Methods Through analyzing the related literatures in CNKI,CBM,Wanfang and Vip Database from 1994 to 2009,summarized Herba Sarcandrae,seffect and curing mechanism of anti-tumor;the effectiveness of Elevating the number of platelet,white blood cells and enhancing immune.Results Anti-tumor effect of Herba Sarcandrae is significant,its curing mechanism is related to induced apoptosis;Herba Sarcandrae can Elevating the number of platelet,white blood cells and enhancing the immune function.Enhancing the inhibitory rate and lowering the blood,immune system toxicity of radiotherapy and chemotherapy drugs when combining Herba Sarcandrae with radiotherapy and chemotherapy drugs in curing tumors.Conclusion Herba Sarcandrae,s spectrum anti-tumor is broad,the side effect is minor,which is being wide used in clinical,having a great prospect.
