摘要
国内外有关标准并未对无折边球形封头的应用范围、工作环境和结构设计要求作出详细的规定。依据理论分析和计算得出：（１）无折边球形封头与圆筒的焊接结构只允许在压力Ｐ≤２．５ＭＰａ、Ｐ×Ｄｉ≤３０００ＭＰａ·ｍｍ、δＨＲ≤３５ｍｍ的条件下采用；（２）工作环境为一般介质、工况的中低压环境；（３）连接焊缝应圆滑过渡；（４）焊缝应作１００％探伤检查。
Abstract The application scope, operating conditions and structural design requirements of a spherical cap without linear edge are discussed. The results are: (1) A spherical cap without linear edge can only be used when P≤2.5 MPa, P×Di≤3 000 MPa·mm,δ HR ≤35 mm. (2) It shall be used with ordinary medium and at middle or low pressure. (3) Joint seams shall be rounded off. (4) 100% of seams shall be subjected to detection.
