摘要
油气处理工艺设备计算软件包能对板翅式换热器、套管式换热器、螺旋板换热器、管壳式换热器、管壳式冷凝器、管壳式重沸器、空气冷却器、流量计量、孔板、调节阀、安全阀、天然气干燥器(也可用于空气)、分离器、填料塔、板式塔(包括浮阀塔和泡罩塔)共14种设备进行设计和校核计算,而且设计计算结果可按我国标准系列用表格一次输出多种方案,便于设计人员进行优化选型。同时解决了板翅式换热器、螺旋板换热器、管壳式换热器、管壳式冷凝器、管壳式重沸器有相变的计算。实现了气体吸附脱水与再生的严格计算,并自动使再生和冷吹气量相同。解决了轻烃分馏塔采用金属板波纹填料的计算技术问题。该软件在编程上采用模块结构,既节省存储空间,又便于软件的修改、扩充和移植。
Abstract:The calculation software for oil and gas processing equipment has been developed to be applied in the engineering calculation and checking calculation for 14 kinds of equipment, including plate heat exchangers, double pipe heat exchangers, spiral tube heat exchangers, shell tube heat exchangers, shell tube condensers, shell tube heat reboilers, air coolers, metering instruments, orifice plates, control valves, safety valves, gas/air dryers, separators, packet towers and plate towers (including floating valve towers and bubble cap towers). Different kinds of engineering calculation results can be printed out in standard forms which are in line with what is stipulated in the relevant Chinese codes and standards. It is convenient for the engineers to optimize the selection of equipment. The software can also be applied in the calculation for the plate heat exchangers, spiral tube exchangers, shell tube heat exchangers, shell tube condenser and shell reboilers with phase change taking place during the heat exchanging. oil and gas processing calculation software can also help you in the calculation of gas absorbing, dehydration and regeneration, with the equivalent value between the regenerating gas volume and cool purge gas volume acquired automatically. The software is useful in solving the technical problems found in the process of calculating the light hydrocarbon tower with metal plates as the corrugated filling. The programming of the software is based on modular structure, which helps safe space and makes easy to do software revision, expansion and redistribution.
