摘要
研究了有色金属连铸、半连铸过滤用大型泡沫陶瓷板的工艺技术配方及生产控制参数。研究的D_(25)系列泡沫陶瓷制品,可在1350℃～1460℃范围内快速烧成,烧成合格率高于95％。制品性能及各项理化指标均符合生产使用要求。
The technological process and controlled parameter of the large foam ceramic filtering plate used in the continuous casting machine and semi-continuous casting machine of nonferrous metals are studied. The prepared foam ceramic production of the series D25 can be quickly sintered in the temperature range of 1350 to 1460.and the sintering qualified rate is more than 95 percent. The properties and all physical and chemical index of the production are accord with the employment demands.
