摘要 本文介绍了国内自行研制的1750℃高温自控燃油抽屉窑的主要技术性能和结构特点,阐述了该窑运行调试的操作要点,并通过与传统倒焰窑的对比分析,表明了该窑具有的独特优点。它开创了1700℃以上自控燃油抽屉窑国产化的先例,是现代技术陶瓷和高级耐火材料理想的烧成设备。 The main specifications and structure of the home-made oil-fired shuttle kiln with a automatic system used in 1750℃ were introduced in this paper. The operation methods for the kiln commissioning were also stated. It has shown that the kiln has specific characters and is an ideal equipment for firing advanced ceramics and refractories by comparison with conventional down draft kilns.
