摘要
在分析了表面活性剂泡沫特性的基础上，合成了作为低泡组分的低泡耐碱渗透剂 Ｈ Ｔ９５，并以乳化剂 Ｏ Ｐ１０ 和烷基苯磺酸钠的复配物为高泡组分，配制成一种新型低泡精练剂。实验表明，当精练剂质量浓度为０５ ｋｇ／ｍ ３ 时，加入适量消泡剂（质量分数为２％ ），泡沫寿命为零。
On the basis of the analysis of foam characters of a surface activator,the low foam alkali resistance permeation agent HT 95 as a low foam composition is synthesised,and a new type of low foam scouring agent is prepared by use of the complex of emulsifying agent OP 10 and ABS as a high foam composition.The experiments show that when the concentration of scouring agent is 0.5kg/m 3,and some dispelling foam agent (2%) is added,the foam life is zero.
