脱水植物组织培养基的制备

The Preparaion of Dry Medium Used for Plant Tissue Culture

脱水培养基可以在很大程度上简化植物组织培养基的配制工艺，但由于一般植物组培培养基成分之间可能相互反应、不同组分的含量相差很大导致难以混合均匀等因素的制约，脱水植物组织培养基的制备较困难。笔者提出并研究了喷雾浸润分配工艺和糖包盐造粒隔离工艺，成功地制备了可用于植物组织培养的脱水培养基。

Using dry medium will facilitate the preparaion of plant tissue culture medium greatly.But usually it is difficult to prepare the dry medium suitable for plant tissue culture since there exist some obstacles such as the possible chemical reactions among inorganic salts and the distribution difficulty due to the great ratio between the amount of trace elements and that of main ingredients.The “spray soaking distribution” method and the “salt in sucrose granulation” method are put forward and investigaced for the successful preparation of dry medium using for plant tissue culture.
