摘要股骨头坏死（osteonecrosis of the femoral head，ONFH）为髋关节常见病。骨科医师对此病日渐熟悉，但对X线片及CT扫描尚未出现阳性的改变，或改变轻微，需依赖MR的改变做出早期ONFH诊断时常会出现迷惑，多数情况是将类似的髋关节疾病误诊为ONFH，本期报告的暂时性骨质疏松症是较常见之一，此外尚有多种其他疾病。
