602 Karst Cave Treatment in Yesanguan Tunnel on Yichang-Wanzhou Railway

摘要 文章主要介绍宜万铁路野三关隧道DK124+602高压富水溶腔的规模与处治技术。602溶腔影响隧道纵向达20m,向上与3号暗河连通,最大涌水量48万m3/d,实测水压1.0MPa。该溶腔段施工采取了高位排水降压、帷幕注浆、管棚预支护等技术措施,实现了降压、加固、堵水、防渗的目的,防止高压渗水直接传递给隧道结构,为隧道开挖通过溶腔及运营结构安全提供了重要保障。 The paper introduces the scale and treatment technology of the high pressure and water-soaked karst cave at DKI24 +602 in Yesanguan Tunnel onYichang-Wanzhou Railway. 60:2 karst eave affected the tunnel longitudinally amount to 20 meters, connecting up with the No.3 underground river, whose largest water flow reached 480000m3/day with measured water pressure 1.0 MPa. In the construction of the tunnel section through the cave high level drainage of water was carried out to drop high pressure, curtain grouting, pipe-roofing and other advance protection technical measures were adopted, to achieve the purpose of dropping pressure, reinforcement, water stopping, anti-seepage, preventing the high-pressure water from directly passing to the tunnel structure, and providing an important guarantee for the tunnel excavation through the cave and the structural safety of operation.
