Simultaneous determination of 27 organophosphorus pesticide residues in drinking water by gas chromatography

摘要 目的:建立气相色谱法同时测定饮用水中的27种有机磷农药残留。方法:水中的有机磷农药经液-液萃取浓缩后,用CP-Sil 24 CB毛细管柱分离、脉冲火焰光度检测器(PFPD)进行检测。结果:27种有机磷农药在0.20~10.0μg/ml范围内有较好的线性,相关系数均大于0.99,检出限为0.03~0.31μg/L,水样的加标回收率为70.5%~103.0%,RSD为3.5%~9.7%。结论:所建立的分析方法简便、快速、准确,可同时测定饮用水中的27种有机磷农药残留。 Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 27 organophosphorus pesticide residues in drinking water by gas chromatography.Methods:The organophosphorus pesticides in drinking water were concentrated after liquid-liquid extraction,then separated by CP-Sil 24 CB capillary column and determined by pulsed flame photometric detector(PFPD).Results:27 organophosphorus pesticides gave a good linearity in the range of 0.20~10.0 μg/ml(r0.99).The detection limits were 0.03~0.31 μg/L.The recoveries for the spiked samples ranged from 70.5% to 103.0% and the relative standard deviations(RSD) 3.5%~9.7%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and can be applied to the simultaneous determination of 27 organophosphorus pesticide residues in drinking water.
