摘要 目的:本文探讨了用磷酸二氢铵作为基体改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收法测定蔬菜中镉的方法。方法:样品采用湿法消解,以磷酸二氢铵作为基体改进剂,采用塞曼扣背景,石墨炉原子吸收法进行镉含量测定。结果:磷酸二氢铵作基体改进剂具有很好的灵敏度,试验的精密度为5.2%~8.3%,回收率为91.0%~97.4%,检测限为0.24μg/L。结论:本方法具灵敏度高,检出限低,共存干扰少,方法快速等特点,适用于大量样品的测定。 Objective:In this paper,a method is described for the determination of Cd in vegetable by GFAAS with diammonium phosphate(DAP) as a Matrix modifier.Methods:Sample was pretreated by wet digestion,then Cd was determined using Zeeman GFAAS.Results:The limits detection of Cd was 0.24 μg/L,the precision was fine RSD8.3%,the recovery was 91.0%~97.4%.Conclusion:This method has low detection limit,is simple,accurate and it is suitable for daily detection of large number of samples.
