沙门菌鉴定卡的研究与开发

Research and development of identification card for Salmonella bacteria

目的:研究沙门菌快速简易的鉴定方法,并开发出具有应用价值的沙门菌鉴定卡。方法:应用硫化氢琼脂(H2S)、赖氨酸琼脂(LDC)、TTC琼脂(M)、甘露醇琼脂(MAN)、β-半乳糖苷琼脂(ONPG)、蔗糖琼脂(SAC),作为沙门菌鉴定的系列生化制备成鉴定卡。对22株标准菌种和72株本室分离的菌种进行鉴定,并进行了样品检测菌株的鉴定。结果:鉴定卡对菌种的鉴定表明沙门菌在鉴定模式之内;非沙门菌在鉴定模式以外,符合率达100%;样品检测表明鉴定卡和常规法结果一致,符合率也达100%。结论:该鉴定卡敏感性高、特异性强,而且操作简便,鉴定快速。

Objective：To research quickly and easily appraisal method of Salmonella bacteria and develop an identification card for Salmonella bacteria.Methods：Make identification card with H2S AGAR,Lysine AGAR,TTC AGAR,Mannitol AGAR,Beta galacitiol AGAR,Sucrose AGAR,as Salmonella bacteria series of biochemistry.22 strains of standard bacteria and 72 strains separate from our lab were identified,and the sample identification of strains.Results：The results of strains identified by identification card shows that Salmonella bacteria is in the appraisal model,while other is out appraisal model.The accuracy was 100%.Conclusion：The identification card is of high sensitivity and specificity and the operation is simple.
