金东区2007～2008年狂犬疫苗接种率及免疫效果分析

Analysis of vaccination rate of rabies vaccine and immunity effect in Jindong District during 2007 and 2008

目的：分析狂犬疫苗接种率及免疫效果,为加强狂犬病的科学防治提供信息和依据。方法：对全市2007～2008年狂犬疫苗接种情况,抗体检测结果进行统计分析。结果：2008年疫苗接种率比2007年提高了1.44%,二者比较有显著性差异,P0.05。抗体缺检现象严重,平均参检率为35.76%。抗体阳性率均达到90%以上。结论：应教育和动员患者在接种后按时参加抗体检测,以监测免疫效果。对抗体阴性者建议及时补种疫苗加强免疫。

Objective：To analyze the vaccination rate of rabies vaccine and immunity effect in order to instructing prevention and treatment of rabies correctly.Methods：The antibody level after inoculating rabies vaccine in patients bitten by dogs during 2007~2008 were detected and analyzed.Results：The vaccination rate of rabies vaccine indicated 1.44 percent enhancement in 2008 than that in 2007.The antibody detection rate was low（only 35.76%）.However,the antibody positive rate was high（above 90%） in patients who inoculated rabies vaccine in the two years.Conclusion：It should be strengthened that the patients after inoculating rabies vaccine be detected for the serum antibody leve timely to explore immunity effect.In addition,It is necessary for patients who do not have associate antibody to do booster immunization for ensuring immune effect.
