1051份布鲁氏菌病血清学凝集试验结果分析

Analysis of serum agglutination test for 1051 serum samples of Brucellosis

目的:了解虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)和试管凝集试验(SAT)在布病诊断中的应用。方法:按照W S269-2007《布鲁氏菌病诊断标准》中规定的方法进行检测。结果:1051份血清中,131份虎红平板凝集试验阳性、49份试管凝集试验阳性;虎红平板凝集试验阳性的血清中,61份为试管凝集试验低滴度;虎红平板凝集试验阴性的血清中,2份为试管凝集试验阳性,30份为试管凝集试验低滴度。结论:应用两种凝集试验结果进行布病诊断时,要认真分析谨慎判断。对SAT凝集低滴度者应跟踪调查。

Objective：To study the application of RBPT and SAT in the diagnosis of Brucellosis.Methods：According to WS269-2007 ＂Brucellosis diagnostic criteria＂in the methods provide for testing.Results：1051 sera,131 were BRPT positive,49 were SAT positive.BRPT positive sera,61 were for the SAT low titer.BRPT negative sera,2 were positive for the SAT,30 were for the SAT low titer.Conclusion：The two kinds of agglutination test results Brucellosis diagnosis,a careful analysis should be judged with caution.Agglutination titers were lower on the SAT,which should be monitored.
