摘要
目的:对江山市2008年度蜂蜜产品理化和卫生指标进行检测分析,以了解其安全状况。方法:按照《蜂蜜(GB/T 18796-2005)》,《蜂蜜卫生标准(GB 14963-2003)》和《蜂蜜中农药残留限量(NY/T 1243-2006)》进行各项指标的检测,检测方法按照《蜂产品标准汇编》的测定方法标准。结果:截至2008年12月,共检测蜂蜜样品237份,其中淀粉酶活性的合格率最低,为97.0%,其次依次为:蔗糖合格率97.5%,羟甲基糠醛合格率97.9%,水分合格率98.3%。结论:蜂蜜产品是江山市的特色产业,仍需加强对蜂蜜产品的监督检测工作。
Objective:To study on state of the quality of honey product in Jiangshan in 2008,some physico-chemical and hygienic index was examined.Methods:Each index was tested followed GB/T 18796-2005,GB 14963-2003,NY/T 1243-2006.Results:For 237 samples of honey product,the qualified rate of amylase activity was 97.0%,following it,sucrose was 97.5%,Hydroxymethylfurfuraldehyde was 97.9% and water content was 98.3%.Conclusion:Honey product is characteristic industry in Jiangshan and we should strengthen improvement and inspection of honey product.
