Application of Three-Dimensional Zone Method Mathematic Model on Reheat Furnace

摘要 以能量平衡为基础,采用三维段法数学模型建立了炉气段、炉围段、钢坯表面段的能量平衡方程组。在典型工况时,以钢坯表面热流为耦合条件,采用主变量修正法求解了加热炉内炉气及炉围温度场,采用有限差分法求解了钢坯温度场。分析了钢坯表面黑度变化及炉气吸收系数变化对钢坯升温过程及排烟温度的影响规律。 Based on energy balance, energy-balance equations for gas volume zones, furnace surface zones and slab surface zones were set up by three-dimensional zone method. Under typical working condition, by coupling with heat flow of slabs surface, the temperature profiles of gas volume zones and furnace surface zones was obtained by using the main variable-correction method, and slabs temperature profiles by finite difference method. The influences of slab emissivity and gas absorption coefficient on slab reheating process and exhaust smoke temperature were researched.
