摘要
通过对钢丝绳疲劳寿命劣化程度进行量化分析,发现某种机房侧置式曳引电梯的钢丝绳选型不合理。分析了该类电梯变频器经常产生故障的原因,并从节能的角度指出其设计的不合理性。
Based on the numeral analysis of deteriorating extent of lift rope's fatigue life, this paper analyses that the selecting type of elevator rope is unreasonable. This special structure design constantly induces the breakdown of frequency inverter and power consumption and the waste of energy. As a whole, the type of design is unreasonable.
