枝网刺柳珊瑚Echinogorgia sassapo reticulata(Esper)的化学成分研究

Study on chemical constituents of Echinogorgia sassapo reticulata (Esper)

运用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析等技术,首次对采自海南省万宁海域枝网刺柳珊瑚Echinogorgiasassapo reticulata(Esper)的化学成分进行了研究。从其乙醇提取物中分离获得7个单体化合物,经波谱解析和文献对照分别确定为:linderazulene(1),(4Z,7aE,9E)-3,5,8-trimethylazuleno[6,5-b]furan-2,7-dione(2),menverinF(3),menverinB(4),cholestane-3β,5β,6α-triol(5),cholestero1(6),thymidine(7)。

The chemical constituents of Echinogorgia sassapo reticulata （Esper） from Wanning bay in Hainan province of China were studied for the first time.The ethanol extract was separated by repeated column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20,and seven compounds were obtained.Their structures were elucidated as linderazulene （1）,（4Z,7aE,9E）-3,5,8-trimethyl-azuleno[6,5-b]furan-2,7-dione （2）,menverin F （3）,menverin B （4）,cholestane-3β,5β,6α-triol（5）,cholestero1 （6）and thymidine （7）.
