摘要
高炉炉衬的侵蚀是影响高炉长寿的关键因素之一,随着计算机硬件技术的进步和计算流体动力学的发展,利用数值模拟技术开展有关高炉炉衬侵蚀的研究已成为主要的研究方法。综述了从20世纪60年代以来有关高炉炉衬侵蚀的数值模拟和控制技术的国内外最新研究成果,详细陈述了低维到高维模型的应用情况和使用方法,尤其指明了各种模型的优缺点及使用范围,并对目前存在的一些主要问题进行了分析讨论,对今后研究的发展趋势提出了建议。
Lining erosion is one of the key factors affecting the campaign life of blast furnace. With the improvement of the computer hardware and the CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) development, numerical simulation has already been the main way to study the refractory erosion of blast furnace. The latest research results of nu- merical simulation and controlling on blast furnace lining corrosion were reviewed at home and abroad from 1 960 s. The application and usage of all models (from 1-D to 3-D) were summarized in details. Especially, the applying condition and disadvantage of all kinds of the model were shown clearly. Some important existing problems were discussed and some proposes for future development trends were given.
