摘要
为了研究轧制过程中控制量变化后双机架可逆冷轧机组的动态特性,利用动态连轧理论,开发了双机架可逆冷轧机组动态特性仿真程序,分析了辊速和辊缝变化对出口厚度和张力的影响规律。研究结果表明:对于4道次轧制的情况,辊速和辊缝在正向轧制时对出口厚度的影响大于逆向轧制时的影响;辊速对厚度有较大的调控能力,但也会引起较大的张力波动。研究结果可为双机架可逆冷轧机组的厚度和张力控制提供有益的参考。
In order to research the dynamic characteristic after the control variables was changed, the simulating program was established by using the dynamic continuous rolling theory. The influence of the roll gap and roll speed on the exit thickness and the inter-stand tension was analyzed. The results show that, for the four pass rolling process, the influence of the roll gap and the roll speed on the exit thickness in the normal direction is more obvi- ous than that in the reverse direction, both the exit thickness and inter-stand tension are a~{ected greatly by the roll speed. The results are beneficial for the thickness and tension control of the twin stand reversible cold rolling mill.
