摘要
利用光学金相、透射电镜和硬度测试等分析手段,研究了不同退火工艺对1Cr12Ni3Mo2VN耐热钢的硬度影响,试验结果表明:采用两相区加热退火+再结晶退火的两段退火工艺具有较好的退火效果,在两相区加热析出粗大碳化物对缩短退火时间非常重要,且随其加热时间的延长,最终退火后的硬度也降低;推荐的退火工艺为:770℃炉冷至690℃+690℃,退火时间依产品规格尺寸而定;退火软化程度主要受M23C6碳化物的粗化过程控制。
The effect of various annealing practices of 1Cr12Ni3Mo2VN heat resistant steel on hardness was investigated experimentally by means of optical mierograph , TEM and hardness measurement. The results show that it has better annealing effect to anneal in both dual-phase zone and recrystallization zone. It is very important to cut the annealing time that heating in dual-phase zone to precipitate coarse carbides, and the annealing hardness decreases when prolonging the holding time in dual-phase zone. The suggesting annealing practice includes the following steps: beating and keeping 770℃ for some time, and cooling in the oven from 770 C to 690℃ and keep- ing 690℃ for some time, annealing time is decided according to the product sizes . The degree of annealing softening is mainly controlled by the process of coarsening of M23C6 carbide.
