杏丁联合速效救心丸对急性冠脉综合征患者炎症因子的影响

EFFECT OF XINGDING AND SUXIAO JIUXIN PILL ON INFLAMMATORY FACTORS OF PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME

目的:观察杏丁注射液联合速效救心丸对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血液中炎症因子的影响。方法:ACS患者96例随机分为治疗组(杏丁注射液+速效救心丸组)和对照组(杏丁注射液组),用药前及2个疗程后ELISA法检测C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的浓度。结果:两组治疗后炎症因子浓度较治疗前均有显著降低,均有显著或极显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组和对照组3项炎症因子浓度的降低程度均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:杏丁注射液与速效救心丸联用治疗ACS能有效抑制ACS患者血管内皮的炎症反应。

Objective:To observe the effects of xingding injection and suxiao jiuxin pill on inflammatory factors of patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods:96 cases with acute coronary syndrome were divided into treated group(xingding injection and suxiao jiuxin pill) and control group(xingding injection),the concentrations of CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 were determined by ELISA before treated and after treated 2 courses.Results:The concentrations of CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 of the two groups were decreased obviously after treated,there was difference between before treated and after treated,the levels of treated group were significantly lower than those of control group.
