根据国家相关部门对储油罐导静电防腐涂料的新的要求,针对石化工业传统的溶剂型导静电防腐涂料存在的技术问题,阐述了我国石化工业对储油罐导静电防腐涂料的新的发展趋势。着重介绍一种超高压水射流表面处理新工艺和长效重防腐无溶剂环氧导静电涂料体系的研制,以及该涂料系统在密闭的原油储罐中使用的性能测试报告。

According to the new requirements of the relevant state departments for conducting electrostatic anti-corrosion coatings on tanks, for the technical problems of the traditional solvent-based conducting electrostatic anticorrosion coating in the petrochemical industry, the new trend of development to conducting electrostatic anticorrosion coatings on tank were expounded. A new technology of treatment being applicable to the surface of high pressure water jet were emphatically introduced, and the preparation of long-lasting heavy anti-corrosion paint for solvent-free epoxy long-term heavy anti-corrosion static conductive coatings, as well as their performance test report used in airtight oil tanks.
