改性氯磺化聚乙烯涂料的制备及在重防腐工程中的应用

Preparation of Modified Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene Coatings and Their Application in Heavy Anti-corrosion Engineering

以环氧树脂、氯化橡胶、改性胺类环氧树脂固化剂对氯磺化聚乙烯(CSP)防腐涂料进行改性。通过技术指标测试,表明涂层综合防腐能力得到明显提高,达到一般重防腐涂料性能的要求,并成功应用在腐蚀环境较苛刻的重点工程。

The anti-corrosion coating of chlorosulfonated polyethylene were modified by using epoxy resin, chlorinated rubber, and modified amine curing agent of epoxy resin. The technical indicators testing showed that the comprehensive anti-corrosion ability had been markedly improved, reached the general heavy anti-corrosion requirement, and successfully applied in the key projects of more demanding corrosive environment.
