摘要
介绍分段分层快速还原工艺在JR-1000型氨合成塔上的应用结果。采用分段分层快速还原新工艺,在电炉功率仅为额定值一半的情况下,用120h的时间完成了还原,比常规还原法节省时间30多h,节省能源,降低消耗。
Introduce the appliation of the new technology of high-speed reduction for separating segment and storey in JR-1000 ammonia synthetic tower.Use this new technology,the reduction can be finished in 120 hours(30 hours fewer than usual)with half the rated power,thus the energy can be saved and consumption can be lowered.
