摘要
基于氨介质中,铜离子催化过氧化氢氧化硝蛋黄而使其褪色的反应,建立了测定痕量铜的新方法。方法灵敏、简便、选择性好。测定铜(Ⅱ)的线性范围为0~10μg/L,检出量为0.3μg/L。用于水及食品中痕量铜(Ⅱ)的测定。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for determination of trace amounts of copper(Ⅱ) has been proposed.It is based on the copper catalysed discoloring reaction of nitrazine yellow oxidized by hydrogen peroxide in ammonic medium.The method is sensitive,simple with good selectivity.the linear range of determination of copper(Ⅱ)is 0~10μg/L.The detection limit is 0.3μg/L.The method has been used for the determination of trace copper(Ⅱ) in water and foods.
