预油漆纸用水性氨基-丙烯酸涂料的制备与性能研究

摘要 用水性丙烯酸乳液为主要成膜物质,氨基树脂为固化剂,制备了性能优良的预油漆纸用水性涂料,研究了配方中氨基树脂及丙烯酸类型、氨基/丙烯酸质量比以及烘烤温度对涂料固化性能的影响。固化后漆膜的耐干热性能、耐湿热性能、硬度、附着力及耐液性能均达到标准要求。红外光谱表征了漆膜固化前后分子结构及其变化,DSC研究了该水性涂料发生固化反应的温度范围。 The title waterborne coatings with excellent property used for finished paper was prepared by using acrylic emulsion as major film - former and melamine resin as curing agent. Effects of melamine and acrylic resin types, melamine/acrylic mass ratio in the coatings formulation and baking temperature on per- formance of coatings film were investigated. It was observed that dry heat resistance, wet heat resistance, hardness, adhesion and stain resistance all meet standard requirements. FT -IR was used to characterize the molecular structure changes of coatings before and after curing. DSC study indicated the temperature range, when curing reaction occured for the waterbased coatings.
