摘要
观察乌蕨提取液对小鼠乐果急性中毒的解毒作用。结果表明乌蕨提取液能明显降低小鼠乐果急性中毒的死亡率，提高小鼠对乐果的耐受量，使其ＬＤ５０从１６７．３１±１９．７ｍｇ／ｋｇ提高到２０９．１±２４．
In the experiments we observed the detoxifying effects of the liquid from Onychium japonicum(Thunb.)kuntze in mice against acutely poisoned by Rogor.It was found that thd liquid could remarkably decreased the death rate of mice being acutely poisoned by Rogor and increased the endurance of mice against Rogor,and that the acute LD50 of Rogor in mice increased from 16.31 ±19.7mg/kg to 209.1±24.3mg/kg.
